Our inventory of events includes helicopter tours, hot air balloon rides, sea plane flights, theatre outings, historic train rides, sporting fixtures, corporate team-building events …… and the list goes on. With 24 years of experience, Organised Occasions has an extensive schedule of programmed activities and a host of innovative ideas for your group outing, event or conference. We coordinate every package to ensure it is successful, interactive, and fun. We can source and put together a wide variety of activities to match your requirements. As needed, we co-ordinate transportation, accommodation, tickets, meals and anything else to make your event a memorable occasion for you. Options include day trips, overnight stays, weekends or midweek packages. Whatever you want, we shall cater to meet your needs. When travel is included, we can provide nibbles, drinks, trivia and music on the way.
