Kemp Recruitment is a quality service that specialises in supplying medical professionals. We have been placing medical staff in all medical facilities for over 30 years, from the smallest day surgeries to the major hospital groups in Australia. ​ History Janelle and Michael Kemp have been in the business of running nursing agencies for over 30 years. Janelle began her nursing career as a theatre nurse where she saw the need to ensure hospitals could function properly with agency theatre staff. She started nursing agency ASEPS in 1986. In 2004, ASEPS became one of the founding companies of Healthcare Australia, where Janelle and Michael were instrumental in the formation and stayed on as Senior Executives for six years. In 2011, Janelle and Michael began Kemp Recruitment with many of their original staff.
