Produce to Plate is currently operated by Peter Sorace and his brother-in-law Joe. Produce to Plate is a wholesale company that supplies fresh quality fruit and vegetable, meat, poultry, cheese, frozen goods and other produce to businesses, restaurants, venues and events. Sutherland Best Fresh’s wholesale department quickly grew and required its own separate operation, and that is how Produce to Plate came to existence. Both Peter and Joe go to the markets daily to make sure we offer a wide range of fresh and high quality Australian made seasonal produce, supporting our local farmers. We then personally deliver our fruit and vegetables seven days a week to both our wholesale clients Sydney wide and to homes throughout the Sutherland Shire. Today Peter & Joe are what you would call the ‘dream team’. Peter overlooks the logistics and operations side of the business. And while Peter is happily on the phone both taking and delivering orders daily, it is Joe’s principal role to pack and personally deliver the produce to our customers (who we treat like our extended family).
