I have always loved photography and I was 14 years old when I received my first camera as a gift! A Kodak Disc camera. Growing up in the Sutherland Shire, I enjoyed taking photos at school events and then saved money from part-time jobs to buy my first Canon SLR camera in 1994. I then went on to have a career in tourism and then in marketing and advertising but it was when I became a mum to my third daughter that I was gifted with my first Canon DSLR! Soon after, Sophie B Photography was launched so that I could buy more camera gear. That was in 2009! It's now 2020 and I continue to enjoy my passion for photography. Sophie B Photography is open to all sorts of opportunities related to photography including Weddings, Commercial (including Events, Headshots, Product and Website) and I also enjoys family and newborn portraits. Ultimately, Sophie B Photography offers a personal service and I always enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and be involved in new photography projects.
