We currently have 10 shops (4 operating and 6 in the making). We want to expand even more (our goal for now is 150 shops in NSW). But we cannot do this alone. We need your help. We need people to help us build, operate and invest in new shops. Dumplings Is Just the Beginning Just like Amazon started off selling books and McDonald’s started off selling hamburgers, we plan to slowly expand into offering other Asian foods such as Pad Thai, Milk Tea, and Sushi. We plan to emulate the reach and variety of Amazon and McDonald’s, but with a specialisation in Asian food. Our Focus on Acquiring Customers Our philosophy is to mainly focus on acquiring customers and getting food into their hands. We believe in focusing our limited resources only on the absolute necessities. As a result, you may have noticed that the fit-out of our stores and this website is very bare. Instead of spending money on fit out and fancy designs, we have spent money on acquiring and giving value to customers. This leads to much more revenue and profits, and less wasteful expenses. Our philosophy is partly inspired by the great investor Warren Buffett.
