Light Railway & Working Museum based in Albion Park NSW; Volunteer operated and founded in 1972. Our charter is the collection and restoration of light railway artefacts that includes both steam and diesel locomotives have came from the Sugar Cane Industry along with tramways also including coal mines and blue metal workings, note our charter also states to provide a place of interests for visitors to enjoy.
The Museum is opened on the forth Saturday and the Second Sunday of each month from 10am to 3pm, note we also have other events and fun family themed nights eg Halloween. Our Museum is a great place for family's to have a great day out.
On each operating days there are two rides being the two foot gauge main line that is powered by a steam or diesel locomotive and the miniature railway, note that food and souvenir sales and picnic grounds with kids play areas, note the whole theme enhances the theme of the good old days of railways.
