About
Mark Coure is personally involved in many local charity and community groups including Lions clubs, Rotary, Meals on Wheels, AHEPA, CASS, RAIN, Learning Links, CanRevive and 3Bridges, and is supportive of local sporting groups like Forest Rangers, Lugarno FC, Oatley Football Club, Penshurst West Cricket and the Illawarra Catholic Cricket Club.
In 2015, Mark was appointed as Deputy Whip of the NSW Parliament. In 2016 he was made Chair of the Committee on Environment and Planning and Chair of the Committee on Parliamentary Privilege and Ethics.
In 2017, Mark was promoted to Parliamentary Secretary for Transport and Infrastructure, a position he was extremely passionate about.
Following a highly successful 2019 re-election, Mark was promoted to Assistant Speaker in the Legislative Assembly.
