As part of the new high pedestrian activity area to be implemented in and around the centre, the following traffic changes will take place: 'One way only' access within Morotai Avenue car park To reduce the conflicts between pedestrians and vehicles and improve pedestrian safety within the car park, a section of the Morotai Avenue car park will be converted to one way traffic, with all exits directed along Belmore Lane. 'Left Turn Only' restrictions at the intersection of Belmore Road and Morotai Avenue To further improve vehicle flow and reduce crash risks, a 'Left Turn Only' sign and a median island will be installed at the intersection of Belmore Road and Morotai Avenue.
